Blushing Peony is a soft, romantic watercolor of a peony in full bloom. Delicate blush petals deepen into rich magenta at the heart of the flower, with subtle touches of lavender woven through the layers. Green sepals and a muted brown-green stem ground the bloom against a pale, airy background, so the flower takes center stage.
The loose, translucent washes give the piece a fresh, gentle feel that suits a bedroom, entryway, or cozy reading corner. It also pairs well with other botanical artwork if you'd like to build a little floral gallery wall.
